Holiday Roundtable

Bring your fellow Scouters and join us on Thursday, Dec 11th for a Saddleback Holiday Fellowship.

Bring your ornament donation to go with the tree and wear your favorite festive garn (ugly sweater, holiday headband, boisterous bobbles)

We’ll have some great holiday pie for all to enjoy.

Rountable is at 7 pm and takes place in the Saddleback Church Children’s Building.

New for 2026: Roundtable Raffle
If you’ve ever attended a Roundtable, you know it’s an engaging time to network with other Scouters, hear relevant Council & District updates, and share tips with others. We believe in the importance of this once a month, 90-minute gathering so much that we’re adding something NEW for 2026…the Roundtable Raffle.

Each month, all unit leaders’ names will be printed on slips of paper and placed in a jar. During the Roundtable Raffle, one unit leader’s name will be drawn…if it’s you, and you’re there, YOU WIN! If you’re not there, the prize gets added to the next month. It’s simple… come to Roundtable and you could win (more than just nuggets of Scouting wisdom and District tidbits).

BONUS for December: Attend Roundtable on December 11 and you’ll get DOUBLE ENTRIES in the Roundtable Raffle for January!

A Festive Tree for a Family in Need
Rudy’s Christmas Trees has generously donated a fresh Christmas tree to a family in need, but we need your help!

NOMINATE a family who would find joy in a fresh (free) tree + ornaments (donated by you, delivered by us) this season. Then, bring ornaments to the December Roundtable (Thursday, Dec. 11). Is there a family in your unit who could use one? What about a neighbor? Or a friend?

A voucher for a tree will be delivered with the donated ornaments and hopefully make someone’s holiday a little happier!

Please respond NO LATER THAN Thursday, December 11 and don’t forget to come to Roundtable on 12/11 in your most festive “garb”: ugly sweater, holiday headband, or boisterous bobbles!

The gift can be delivered anonymously or with a bit of fanfare.  Whatever you think is best.
