We are getting ready for Camporee in April 2025 and I am excited to announce a Camporee patch contest for our upcoming event! 
 
Our theme for this spring Camporee is “Spring Beach Bash“. Here are the criteria for the patch/logo:
 
  1. The patch must include the theme on the patch: Spring Beach Bash.
  2. The patch must include the words: Saddleback District and 2025.
  3. The patch must include the BSA Fleur de lis, found on all Camporee/ Camporal patches.
  4. Designs must be scout appropriate.
 
We would like to utilize a square, rectangle or oval shape, unless the design calls for a patch shape to contour the design. The designs will be judged by the District Camping Committee and the winner of this contest will get their Camporee attendance fee waived ! All submissions should be sent to: outdoor@saddlebackdistrict.org and the deadline for the contest will be Wednesday, January 8th, 2025 at 9 pm.  Any questions, please feel free to contact me at anytime.
